insurance matters, and other office policies.
Financial Policy: Payment
for dental services is due at the time services are
rendered. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express.
If longer payment terms are needed due to extensive
treatment, a pre-arranged financial policy can be made
for you. A billing charge of 1.5% per month will be added
to any non-insurance balance over 60 days old.
Extended financial arrangements can be made up to 12 months interest free (same as cash)
upon approval.
